The PEG course involves two face-to-face, fully personalized sessions. The first session is held in a group with a maximum of five people and the second session is individual.
The group session creates a situation that is closer to reality because of the presence of an audience, and opens up the enriching possibility of receiving feedback from other participants.
The group session can also be carried out at a small theatre with stage, audio and lights, which is a very effective way of reinforcing learning, especially in terms of the mastering space and body language.
This session lasts four hours, and involves a comprehensive and in-depth presentation on public speaking techniques lasting an hour and a quarter, a fifteen-minute break, an evaluation round with three participants, a ten-minute break, and evaluation round with two participants, followed by a brief summary session and close.
The evaluation rounds are twenty minutes long per participant and include performance and feedback, with the idea of beginning to put into practice what has been learned, and determine which areas of improvement to work on in the second, private session.
This is a private, one-hour session to consolidate learning, which includes two evaluation rounds and a section on graphic material creation, if required.
The follow-up sessions go into more detail on specific topics, as required. These are full hour sessions at a special reduced price.

It is also very common in the medical field.
